A HOME FOR DISCERNING GUESTS

Catering for smaller or bigger groups can be arranged with a local caterer we can highly recommend. He knows the property and can facilitate the high class, smooth experience our guests anticipate.
A chef can be booked for smaller parties and exclusive dinner events for a true culinary experience.
For groups bigger then our maximum occupancy, a local bed & breakfast is only 3 minutes’ walk away.

Create memorable moments for your celebrations with a concert of classical music. We can recommend local performers.

With advance notice we can take care of any initial shopping requirements before arrival.

Each house is well equipped with books, CDs and games. Every family member will find their corner to snuggle in and a take a break from their day-to-day routine.

Kids will find toys for indoor and outdoor games. Even more exciting is a little forest that is part of UNSER BAYERN, with a tree house and other secret spots to discover. During the summer sheep will also be around.

The HAMLET and houses can only be rented with the base service. This includes cleaning and a change of linen and towels that takes place every three days. The use of a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities can also be arranged.

AN ENGLISH INSPIRED GARDEN

Inspired by the owner’s time living in England, a peculiar touch was brought together with the local Bavarian garden style, creating an idyllic space with many hidden places and endless perspectives.

Each house has a separate terrace that opens up, expanding the space to enjoy outdoors and al fresco meals under the village church.
