COSY, HOMEY, LOVELY

Our COTTAGE is actually a combination of two houses from Upper Bavaria. Under the risk of being torn down, the best parts of each where combined and rebuilt in 1980, keeping their 1830 rural Biedermeier style intact.

GROUND FLOOR

When entering the house, a large eat-in kitchen opens up. The seating area is arranged around an original Bavarian Jogl table, which once belonged to the late folk singer Roider Jackl, and offers views into the garden from each corner. A small, central lounge area covered with sheepskin forms the perfect spot to sit back, relax and let any action pass by. Through the backdoor a west-facing terrace can be reached, only a few steps away from the SPA.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
An English style bathroom with a freestanding iron bathtub and separate shower completes this level.

FIRST FLOOR

Beautiful views into the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa area and the small antique office table in the central living room. Open ceilings create space and little explorers can hide in the attic. Watch the daily activity of the village in UNSER BAYERN from the long east/south-facing balcony.
In the master bedroom guests will find an elegant double bed, surrounded by wood walls and an antique print of the famous Landshut Hochzeit.
The second bedroom is dominated by open plan windows on the east and south side, allowing guests to enjoy nature and the surroundings in full. With a French touch, two separate single beds and a small seating area complete this exquisite room.

OUTSIDE

Leaving the COTTAGE through the backdoor, guests will find a large, secluded south/west facing sun terrace, offering enough space for an outside seating area and sun loungers. To the north the view passes the DAVOS house and up to the village church. The SPA is only a few steps away.
All outside UNSER BAYERN facilities are available for use.

When booking the COTTAGE no other houses will be rented; guests will have the whole UNSER BAYERN ensemble for themselves.
